We dreamed of building something from scratch, escaping the monotony of 9-to-5 jobs. Fear of the unknown held us back – the ‘what ifs’ that paralyzed us.

We searched for a roadmap to entrepreneurial success, but finding none, we created our own: a framework blending practical strategies with essential mindset shifts.

Started in the heart of Anchorage, the RAISE UP Podcast was born from the passion of Athena and Charlie Grimm. Founded by the Grimm duo, the RAISE UP Podcast rAfter years of refinement, we’ve seen incredible results, leading us to share this with others. Today, we run BAC Transportation in Alaska and are passionate about helping aspiring entrepreneurs turn their visions into reality.
